We are available 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday, except when the University is closed.
Methods of Contact
- A RemedyTicket is required for all requests; this increases security and enables Imaging Services to track the tickets.
- Submit a ticket to the Imaging Services Group here.
- If you are unable to access Remedy, please send a detailed email to ImagingServices@unt.edu.
- All internal UNT staff can access the Imaging SharePoint site. SharePoint
